JOB REQUIREMENTS: - As a Manager, Global Security Operations your goal
is to lead the 24/7/365 Global Security Operations Center (GSOC)-the
central hub for real-time threat monitoring, intelligence, and incident
response across Briggs & Stratton's global footprint. This role
delivers strategic and operational oversight for global security
operations, enterprise risk intelligence, critical incident response,
and formal investigations. Additionally, this leader supports enterprise
crisis management protocols and champions GSOC's role as a

position manages a team of Security Operations Analysts and is
responsible for talent development, workflow optimization, and proactive
alignment with global security priorities. The ideal candidate brings a
hands-on, high-accountability leadership approach and thrives in
fast-paced, complex environments. You will do this by: Executing the
global operations security strategy to achieve security risk management
goals including: asset protection, physical access control systems,
video surveillance, operational risk, and regulatory compliance
Contributing to the strategic objectives of the Global Security team and
overseeing operations of security-related projects from conception
through implementation Overseeing incident response planning/crisis
management and facilitating the investigation of security breaches;
assisting with legal and HR in disciplinary matters; ensuring timely
processing of incident reports and evaluation of reports to determine
accuracy and completeness and to ensure adequate investigation; ensuring
company compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
preparing/submitting reports and participating in audits for applicable
