Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise and direct the nursing Resource Float Team to ensure quality patient care and efficient nursing operations.
Additional responsibilities include supervising all nursing staff personnel, directing unit quality assurance activities, and assisting in in-service education and/or nursing staff training.
Qualifications
Requires licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina with three (3) - four (4) years clinical experience.
Supervisory skills required.
Master's degree required within three (3) years of date of hire. If the Master's Degree is not in nursing then BSN is required with a Master's Degree in related field as approved by the Director/ AVP or CNO.
Certification in nursing executive (NE-BC) or nursing executive, advance (NEA-BC) or ability to obtain within 24 months is required.
