About the IAR and College Analytics Team
The Institutional Analytics and Research (IAR) team partners across the university to turn data into better outcomes for students. Within IAR, the College Analytics team supports academic leaders with high-impact insights, predictive models, and strategic planning tools. Our focus areas include:
Closed Loop Analytics: Helping teams plan, execute, and evaluate initiatives using data-informed tools.

The Role: Lead Data Analyst
As a Lead Data Analyst on the College Analytics team, you'll be a strategic partner, technical expert, and mentor. You'll lead documentation of analytics and research needs for high-complexity projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the adoption of data visualization standards.
