What you'll be doing
Lead the full lifecycle of risk event management-from detection to resolution
Collaborate across first and second lines of defense to escalate, contain, and communicate risk events
Conduct thematic reviews of control breakdowns, near misses, and third-party exposures
Manage the risk acceptance and policy exception process with precision and transparency
Compile and report operational risk trends, metrics, and KRIs that inform leadership decisions
Support risk governance activities, including committee updates and board-level reporting
Help evolve and embed the ERM framework across the organization
Champion a risk-aware culture through training and awareness initiatives
Maintain and optimize our GRC platform (AuditBoard)

Support Business Resilience by coordinating disaster recovery tests and managing documentation for audits and contracts
What you will need to be successful
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., risk management, business, finance, technology).
3-5 years of experience in risk, compliance, audit, finance, or project management.
Hands-on experience with GRC tools such as AuditBoard or ServiceNow.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels-from analysts to executives.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence, including awareness of AI trends, risks, and governance.

Salary Range
$75,500.00 To $100,000.00 / year
