Position: LTC RN/LPN
Location: Salisbury, MD 21802
Pay Rate:
RN: $50/hr
LPN: 42/hr
Start Date: 1/14/2026
EMR System: Yardi (training provided)
Dress Code: Any colored scrubs
Parking: Free on-site (left-hand side of building)
2 Full-Time RN or LPN
Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm
Schedule: Every other weekend & every holiday
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on care to residents in LTC units (18 residents per unit)
Support ADLs, medication administration, and mobility assistance
Float between assigned shifts and units as needed
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year recent hands-on LTC or assisted living experience
Interview & Orientation
Interview: Phone screen with CNO and/or Scheduling Specialist (Suann)
Orientation:
Day 1-2: Meet with education, lab, respiratory, wound nurse, HR, and scheduling
Day 3-4: Shadow assigned LTC unit shifts before independent assignment
