SMX is seeking OSINT/PAI Targeting Analysts to join our growing team!
This position requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources
Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates
Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments
Required Skills & Experience
Required Clearance: TS/SCI
Minimum of eight (8) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community
Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development
Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred
Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction
Demonstrated experience using all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology
Expert proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology
Strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources)
Firm understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy
Strong briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing senior level stakeholders
Must be willing to deploy as needed

The proposed salary for this position is:
$78,100-$254,500 USD
