What You've Accomplished
Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IS, Business, Finance, Accounting, a related area, or comparable experience in lieu of degree
At least 8 years of directly related experience
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated knowledge/experience with Framatome systems (ERP, Project Controls, MS Office)
Demonstrated knowledge/experience with key business processes (finance, control, supply chain, project management, production/maintenance) and/or systems analysis
Superb negotiation skills
Experience or ability to drive meetings
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work effectively as part of a team

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Experienced Software Analyst in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include
Performing cybersecurity functions in auditing, education, and reporting to site executive management
Serving as the primary Project Manager for very large, technical projects
Project size varies from a few days to multiple months
Leading diverse teams in implementing solutions for industrial manufacturing
Interacting directly with internal customers to define project requirements and evaluate the resulting software solution
Providing documentation and assistance in end user training
This position requires occasional travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.
