This position is responsible for providing advanced clinical and operational business analytics support for the Physician and APP Services Operations team. This role will oversee design validation, collect clinical and operational feedback, and identify improvements for clinical tools. This position will be a key participant in the design of the Provider Roster Project and will support the analytical review of any content impacting Physician and APP Operations. This role is a key interface with the Epic application team, Analytics Center of Excellence, and Health Intelligence, that will be building the technical specifications for the PCN operations tools and dashboards. This position will also be a leader in representing the medical group across the system in strategic initiatives, including direct responsibility in building PowerBI reports and dashboards for these initiatives. This includes leading the operational strategic projects, providing expert consultation in metrics across the system, and triage of project requests received from the field and leadership of major projects within Physician and APP Operations.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, or other healthcare related areas.
7 years progressive responsibility in managing projects and doing business analytics.
3 years experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
Experience in clinical analytics and business knowledge with specific experience partnering with clinicians.
Demonstrated experience with national clinical best practices and benchmarks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree
Coursework/Training: Specialized training in facilitation of diverse groups.
Some management experience.
Clinical experience or background.
