Job Overview
This person will be an integral part of a team focused on measuring the business impact of marketing programs that offer our customers benefits beyond core wireless connectivity (examples include Netflix on Us, Magenta Status, in-flight WiFi and more).
As a Analyst on this team, you will design and produce standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, cubes, and various data visualization reporting solutions. Gather and document report requirements. Write report specifications to meet business needs. Use reporting tools, applications, and/or queries to create and configure new reports and dashboards. Perform modifications and enhancements on existing reports based on evolving business requirements. Validate and test reports to ensure accuracy and quality. May participate in the design and development of business intelligence reporting tools. May provide support and training to end-users for reporting tools and reports.
This role is available at our Bellevue, WA HQ and offers three days a week in office collaboration!
Job Responsibilities:
Gather moderately complex data inputs from multiple sources, both internally and externally. Run data queries from reporting tools, ensuring integrity of data and reporting
Design, build and maintain information portals using PowerBI, Excel and related tools to make team insights easily available and manipulatable by stakeholders
Partner with customers & team members on the development and production of a wide range of reports. Ensure delivery meets agreed upon requirements.

Identify and communicate insights to team members
Responsible for the analysis, design, & testing of various enhancements & changes to reports or information portals.

Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Information Management or related field (Required)
2-4 years - Experience mining data and developing reports using a variety of reporting/analytics software packages with an interest in learning new reporting software packages.

Base Pay Range: $69,700 - $125,700
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
