As a trusted partner and leader in providing energy and sustainability consulting services to the federal government, Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) understands the increasing complexity of achieving energy security and data management in a changing world. As part of the Energy, Resilience and Sustainability (ERS) Division, you will collaborate with experts to provide comprehensive policy, planning, and implementation services to deliver solutions that address critical infrastructure resilience and security, and data management issues and support the military mission, while reducing environmental impacts.
The ERS Division is seeking a qualified and proactive candidate to work collaboratively with our Marine Corps clients. As a FRCS/OT Cyber Assessment Analyst, you will work alongside other CTC staff to find the best cyber security solutions by applying both technical skills and sound analysis. Some travel is required (up to 25%).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular cybersecurity assessments of Industrial Control System environments across organizational infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
Assess compliance against NIST, DoD, USMC and other security requirements to include the CNSSI-1253 Security controls and DISA STIGs/SRGs
Assess the maturity of the organization's ICS cybersecurity program using the Department of Energy Cybersecurity Capability Maturity Model (C2M2).
Implement low-cost cybersecurity best practices while making recommendations to improve the organization's cybersecurity program.
Conduct assessment activities according to documented procedures, utilizing tools like ACAS, Tanium, Forescout, Lansweeper and evaluate STIG/SRGs.
Generate and disseminate after action reports detailing all findings and recommendation for the organization.
Provide training on the usage of cybersecurity tools, assessment procedures, best practices and current cybersecurity threats to the ICS environment.
Collaborate with CSWFs to enhance their cybersecurity knowledge.
Drive continuous improvement of defensive cybersecurity operations capabilities through the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, tools, and processes.
Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats, attack techniques, and industry best practices in defensive cybersecurity operations.
Assess their potential impact on the organization and make recommendations for proactive measures.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or IT related field and 6-8 years of directly related experience with at least 5
