HX5 is currently seeking an Education Coordinator to administer our NASA Internship Program at Marshall Space Flight Center in support of the GEARS contract.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Internship Coordinator is in the on-site point of contact for mentors and interns. Assists mentors with posting position descriptions. Ensures applicants meet eligibility requirements. Sends offer letters to selected interns. Organizes badging, onboarding, orientation, and off-boarding. Schedules tours and professional development activities. Hosts office hours and uses familiarity with MSFC to answer general questions.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, in Education or a related field.
Other Position Requirements:
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
