Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cyberspace Operations Mission Management Coordinator with extensive experience supporting cryptologic missions in military or government settings. This role requires a deep understanding of cyberspace operations, military planning processes, and SIGINT operations.
Candidates shall have any combination of ten (10) years or more of military and/or government professional experience supporting a cryptologic mission. Professional experience may include mission support as a military or government language or signals analyst as it relates to acquiring, identifying, processing, and reporting on electromagnetic emissions.
Responsibilities
Leverage expertise in military operations through the phases of planning, approval, and execution:
Draft or edit Operational Plans (OPLANS), Operational Orders (OPORDs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs)
Participate in Joint Planning Groups (JPG) and Operational Planning Teams (OPT), analyzing and integrating cyber capabilities into mission plans
Support action officers with planning, and remain cognizant of missions and priorities of the client
Review plans to identify expressed or implied missions and responsibilities
Develop and analyze concepts of support, courses of action, integrate command and external capabilities, and coordinate and document comprehensive plans
Support client cryptologic operations as a Cyberspace Operations Mission Management Coordinator, including:
Signals intelligence (SIGINT) processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) management in support of mission requirements
Provide subject matter expert (SME) support to Data Flow and Cyber Infrastructure in the Cyber Tactical Operations Center (CTOC) team
Maintain operational dataflow on cryptologic systems in service and joint platforms
Provide SME support to Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) and SIGINT planning to meet mission objectives
Plan activities required to support the execution of deliberate and dynamic Cyberspace Operations
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert support to cryptologic and cyberspace operations, including SIGINT processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED)
Serve as a mission management coordinator supporting Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO)
Draft and edit operational planning documents such as OPLANs, OPORDs, and FRAGOs
Participate in Joint Planning Groups (JPG) and Operational Planning Teams (OPT), integrating cyber capabilities into mission plans
Support Cyber Tactical Operations Center (CTOC) operations, ensuring effective dataflow across cryptologic systems
Contribute to planning for both deliberate and dynamic cyberspace operations
Work with command teams to develop support concepts, assess courses of action, and coordinate operational plans
Collaborate with Combat Mission Teams (CMT), National Mission Teams (NMT), and Combat Support Teams (CST)
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of military and/or government experience supporting cryptologic missions
3+ years of experience in Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) or military planning
Experience participating in Operational Planning Teams (OPT)
Proven ability to develop mission plans and operational orders
Strong knowledge of cyber capabilities, platforms, and infrastructure
Experience planning technical operations in a classified environment
Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph (Counterintelligence (CI) or Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)), successfully completed within the last 6 years
High school diploma or GED
All candidates must be located at Fort Meade, MD
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience with full-spectrum cyberspace operations
Graduate of the Joint Information Operations Planners Course or Special Technical Operations (STO) Planners Course
