Fast-forward a few years, and this little innovation and our passion for data has skyrocketed us to a Fortune 200 company and a leader in the world of data-driven decision-making.This role will be hired as a Capital One associate but will play a critical part in project execution and delivery for Discover Financial Services as part of our integration effort.The Counterparty Restitution team within Discover's Global Payment Network drives analyses to help key stakeholders understand the assumptions and mechanics of the gross methodology, which is the methodology used to calculate restitution amount. The team works closely with CRP Strategy team, direct settlement team and execution team to provide data insights to firm up the key operational considerations of the program, including determine opt-out settlement amounts and support MID allocation requirements and MID allocation data model. The CRP team also collaborates with data management team define data layer requirements to track KPIs related to counterparty restitution. As the data solution-er for restitution, CRP team will create visualized monitoring reports to track key metrics for restitution and monitor the payment amount, as well as develop self-service dashboards including merchant overview and gap analysis to provide business partners the analytics insights.
