As part of Capital One's Enterprise AI and Machine Learning Product organization, you will contribute directly to shaping the platforms and tools that thousands of engineers, data scientists and analysts across the business apply to making decisions, managing risk, detecting fraud, and delivering intelligent and personalized customer experiences.In this role, you will be accountable for building partnerships with the world's best vendors of AI tools and making their capabilities available to Capital One associates. You will shepherd the vendor capabilities from idea to enterprise-scale platform offering by: understanding business and user needs, identifying and evaluating best-in-class third-party products, navigating due diligence and onboarding, and integrating vendors into platform experiences.The ideal candidate is passionate about AI technology and deeply empathizes with engineers and data scientists. They keep a finger on the pulse of modern data and modeling tools and the problems they solve. They are comfortable in conversation with software engineering and data science teams as well as non-technical stakeholders and senior leaders.Product Managers take a holistic approach to creating value through applying human-centered design principles, deeply understanding the needs and opportunities in our business, fostering technological innovation, applying creativity to solve hard problems and embracing boundaryless leadership.
