The Role *Presidio is looking for a strategic and analytical * Commissions Analyst to administer our compensation programs. This role is critical in ensuring our pay practices are aligned with business performance. You'll partner with Finance, Sales and business leaders to drive data-informed decisions that attract, retain, and reward top talent. Responsibilities Include: *- Prepare commission and bonus statements- Respond to compensation questions from field in a timely and effective manner- Research compensation issues/disputes and provide analysis to facilitate resolution- Prepare monthly compensation reconciliations - commission and bonus- Work with the Finance team to explain variances- Provide ad hoc reports and compensation analysis- Track new hires and terms to ensure everyone is paid correctly- Create and distribute comp plans for new hires Qualifications and Experience Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience- BS/BA in accounting, finance, economics, or other quantitative fields preferred- 3+ years of finance, accounting, or commissions analytics with focus on sales incentive pay and/or processes- Strong customer service skills- Experience with Xactly Incent (our compensation management tool) is a plus, but not required- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including vlookups, sumifs and pivot tables- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with large data sets- Knowledge of sales compensation plan processes and procedures- Knowledge of journal entries, accruals is a plus, but not required- Ability to partner, collaborate and influence across functional areas (e.g., Sales, Finance, and Operations) Your future at Presidio * JoiningPresidiomeans stepping into aculture of trailblazers-thinkers, builders, and collaborators-who push the boundaries of what's possible.
