Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Space EW Logistics Analyst
to support the HQ SpOC. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing, planning, and managing sustainment and logistics support for space and command systems. The role includes leading development and validation of sustainment strategies, maintenance and training requirements, technical order management, and lifecycle logistics planning.
The anticipated compensation for the position is $90,000 to $101,000 based on a full-time schedule. Your compensation will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience, and education.

Responsibilities:**
Supports logistics and sustainment planning for SC, SDA, and C2 systems by analyzing requirements, infrastructure, and lifecycle strategies.
Develops LCSPs, RMA inputs, and acquisition documents, manages training and TO compliance, and supports fielding, transport, and decommissioning efforts.
Evaluates technical trades and deficiencies for sustainment impacts.
Coordinating across multiple stakeholders to ensure logistics solutions meet operational needs and acquisition goals, supporting long-term system readiness and sustainment.

Required Experience:**
Active TS/SCI required. Must be willing to submit for a CI Polygraph if required.

Familiarity with USSF/DoD tasking processes and response requirements.
Experience with managing Space Systems and/or logistics/sustainment of EW weapons programs
Understanding of the AF Form 1067, Weapon System Modification Process
Experience managing or supporting spare parts provisioning, repair cycles, depot-level maintenance, and technical order
Proven expertise in developing and managing Life Cycle Support Plans, Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RMA) assessments, and Technical Order management.
Experience with site surveys, provisioning, sustainment planning, and configuration review processes.
Proven experience supporting military HHQ Staff and operating within classified (SAP/SAR) space environments across Space Operations, Space Control, or EMSO mission areas.
Strong understanding of HAF, USSF, MAJCOM, and Joint/Coalition processes, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizations such as Field Commands, SPOs, and Unified Commands.
Minimum 10 years of experience supporting logistics, sustainment, and acquisition efforts for Department of Defense or Space Force programs.
Education: Master's Degree required.
