McLaughlin Research Corporation (MRC) is seeking an experience Test and Evaluation Director who will support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) is the United States Navy's full-spectrum research, development, test and evaluation, engineering and fleet support center for submarines, autonomous underwater systems, and offensive and defensive weapons systems associated with undersea warfare. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment.

Duties:
Oversight and guidance of test and integration efforts at the system and subsystem levels
Directly contribute to periodic and milestone engineering reviews
Coordination of project and test progress status and interfacing with program leadership
Preparing and maintaining technical and tactical level schedules and plans
Develop test and integration plans for a variety of vehicles, payloads, and applications
Job Requirements
Experience:
Familiarity with the TEMPALT and/or SHIPALT process
Familiarity with Unmanned Undersea Vehicles
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience working with US Navy systems (SSNs are a plus)
10+ years in hands on test and evaluation execution and support
Experience leading a team and managing task prioritization, delegation, and execu
