Job Title:
Modeling and Simulation Joint Analyst Team Analyst
Location: Huntsville, AL (On-site)
This position supports the Indirect Fire Protection Capability Increment 2 (IFPC Inc 2) Product Office within the Short and Intermediate Effectors for Layered Defense Project Office (PM SHIELD) under Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS). The IFPC Inc 2 is a mobile, ground-based weapon system designed to defeat subsonic cruise missiles (CM), Groups 2 and 3 unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), and other aerial threats. This position also supports the IFPC 2nd Interceptor development program within the IFPC Inc 2 Product Office.
Duties:
Conduct data analysis and develop reports on test results via Joint Analysis Team (JAT) Quick-look summaries and stand-alone JAT Final Mission Test Reports
Assist the JAT lead in coordinated of analysis support for all walk-up activities
Provide on-site support at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) for test activities
Provide analysis support for testing that is conducted in the Government Systems Integration Lab to support Joint Data Reviews (JDR)
Participate in JDRs and other pre/post-test analysis
Assist in the development of Quick-Look Reports, perform data reductions, and communicate post-test analysis
Support test plan development and on-site test execution support
Provide input and coordination across Working Groups and Integrated Product Team
Overarching support for test planning and execution, data collection, criteria assessments, and analyses requirements in support of objectives.
The IFPC JAT is a cross-organizational team consisting of engineers, analysts, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) representing government agencies, prime contractors, and support contractors. JAT members jointly analyze and publish a single coordinated and consolidated set of test results. This position supports the JAT Team in identifying and coordinating data collection, criteria assessments, and analyses requirements in support of objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline with 15 years of relevant work experience
Experience with the following: Python, C++, Java, and Microsoft Office products
Master's degree with 20 years of experience
