Support Staff Analyst- Work Area Zulu (Non Competitive & Follow On
Forces)

About the role
As a Work Area Zulu Support Staff Analyst , you will replicate
noncompetitive OPFOR entities and followon forces to shape the
operational environment and the deep fight during MCTP events. Youll
manage reinforcement flows, higherechelon activities, and storyline
effects that create meaningful dilemmas for the training audience.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain Zulu OOB (theater/operationallevel forces,
enablers) and orchestrate followon movements and arrivals in
WARSIM/JLCCTC.
Create MSEL injects that portray political/strategic pressures,
reserves commitment, mobilization, and civil considerations as
directed.
Coordinate with HICON/LOCON and other OPFOR WAs to ensure timing,
tempo, and narrative coherence.
Track effects and produce inputs to FRAGOs, SITREPs, and AARs.
Requirements
Active DoD Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship.
4+ years at division/corps/ASCC or joint level (operations, plans,
or intel) with proven staff writing and battle tracking.
Understanding of operational art, reserves/rotational forces
planning, and deep/operational reach.
Familiarity with constructive sims or willingness to learn quickly.
Desired
Experience in MSEL design (JEMM), theater campaigning, or OE/OPFOR
development.
Prior MCTP/OC/T, NTC/JRTC, or joint exercise experience.
