Overview
The Insight Analyst I supports the Client Insight and Reporting team by producing accurate financial and operational reports, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities based on client performance data. This entry-level role focuses on building foundational analytical skills and delivering actionable insights in collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc financial reports to support client performance tracking and operational needs.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Develop and communicate insights and initial recommendations using written narratives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to respond to reporting related questions and client-specific requests.
Monitor client performance trends and escalate data issues or irregularities to the appropriate teams.
Assist in refining and enhancing reporting tools and dashboards under the guidance of senior team members.
Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
0-2 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence (internships/academic projects considered)
Skilled in Excel, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and SQL basics or eager to learn; experienced with performance reporting, KPI analysis, and financial/operational data.
Detail-oriented with strong ability to identify trends, anomalies, and apply statistical techniques.
Clear communicator, proficient in presenting insights through written and verbal means.
Quick to adopt new tools, data sets, and business concepts.
Collaborative team player comfortable in cross-functional and matrix environments; also effective working independently.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and handle confidential information responsibly.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.

nternet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
