A client is looking to bring on a HRIS Analyst specialized in Workday VNDLY to join their team. This company is well known in the financial advisory space. They are looking for someone who has 5+ years of experience on Workday HCM configuration, proven experience in VNDLY integrations, and over see projects in an end-to-end capacity including planning, design, testing, and release. Workday Pro Certification is necessary. This is more of a functional position versus technical. Experience on talent, security, and compensations features are important. Strong business experience is required, ideally experience in scaled enterprise businesses with sensitive HR Data.
This is a smaller team within the organization, so they have a tight knit group that needs a self-starter who can take strategies and initiatives and hit the ground running. This team is an extremely collaborative team with a lot of confidence.
Contract Duration: 6 months + possible conversion in local

4-year Bachelor's Degree
