Duties:
Develop data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize business performance using frameworks like McKinsey Matrix and BCG Matrix.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure success and align business objectives with corporate goals.
Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, supply chain, IT) to gather requirements and implement business solutions.
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, data analytics tools, and business intelligence platforms to support decision-making.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and predictive modelling to provide actionable insights for business growth.
Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau to present business insights and performance trends.
Oversee project execution, process documentation, and change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new business solutions.
Act as a liaison between business units and external stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and successful project outcomes.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Information Systems/Technology, Computer Applications/Applied Computer Science, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering plus five (5) years of experience as Business/Management Analyst, Technical Lead, Systems Architect/Engineer, Software Developer/Engineer, Computer Systems Analyst or related position. Foreign educational equivalent accepted.
