General Summary
The Manager, Continuous Improvement is a strategic enterprise leader responsible for driving operational excellence and transformative change across BioBridge Global and its subsidiaries. This role leads the design, execution, and sustainment of high impact Lean Six Sigma (LSS) initiatives, applying advanced continuous improvement methodologies to enhance performance, reduce risk, and improve customer outcomes in complex, highly regulated environments. With direct responsibility for cross-functional kaizen events, enterprise-wide process redesign, and operational diagnostics, the Manager plays a key role in translating organizational strategy into measurable results. This position also provides critical leadership over the Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA) function within the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring data-driven decision-making, predictive analytics, and executive-level reporting inform all major initiatives. Acting as an internal consultant, change agent, and Black Belt-certified facilitator, the Manager partners with functional leaders across Operations, Quality, IT, Finance, and Laboratory Services to deliver initiatives that advance corporate objectives and improve stakeholder experience. This includes the execution of project portfolios aligned with enterprise KPIs, cost containment, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role demands a deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, stakeholder engagement, and business transformation strategy. The Manager must demonstrate strong analytical and leadership capabilities to mentor project teams, guide performance improvement pipelines, and sustain a high-performance culture centered on accountability, innovation, and results.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Tasks
Drive Executive-Level Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively partner with senior leaders across Operations, Quality, IT, Finance, and Lab Services to define strategic priorities, secure sponsorship, and govern continuous improvement and project portfolios.
Architect Enterprise PMO Framework: Lead the design and rollout of a unified, PMBOK-aligned project management methodology-spanning initiation, governance, risk management, and benefit realization-to standardize delivery across all business units.
Spearhead Complex Business Transformation: Facilitate and own cross-functional kaizen, value-stream mapping, and rapid-cycle improvement events targeting multi-million-dollar cost savings, compliance enhancement, and end-to-end process redesign.
Lead Advanced Data & Analytics Strategy: Oversee the Business Intelligence Analyst team to develop predictive models, dynamic dashboards, and advanced statistical analyses (e.g., Minitab, SPC) that inform executive decisions and measure ROI on all LSS and PMO initiatives.
Manage High-Value Vendor and Partner Ecosystems: Negotiate contracts, oversee SLAs, and govern performance of multiple external vendors and technology partners in large-scale implementations, ensuring on-time, on- budget delivery with rigorous compliance controls.
Direct Complex Financial & Feasibility Analysis: Conduct in-depth cost-benefit and financial
modeling-incorporating sensitivity analyses and NPV/IRR calculations-to prioritize project investments and
communicate impact to the CFO and Board-level committees.
Cultivate Continuous Improvement Leaders: Design and deliver an in-house Black Belt academy and ongoing LSS certification program, coaching a network of Green and Black Belts to drive sustainable improvement and embed lean thinking at all levels.
Govern Multi-Project Portfolio & Resource Allocation: Lead a dynamic pipeline of concurrent small- to large-scale projects, applying capacity planning, resource optimization, and earned-value management to meet aggressive timelines without compromising quality.
Champion Change & Adoption: Develop comprehensive change management and communication
strategies-incorporating stakeholder mapping, training curricula, and feedback loops-to ensure seamless
adoption of new processes and technologies.
Enforce Operational Excellence Metrics: Define and monitor a balanced scorecard of KPIs (cycle time, throughput, defect rates, customer satisfaction), establishing governance cadences and corrective action plans to achieve continuous performance uplift.
Ensure Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Partner closely with Quality and Regulatory teams to integrate audit readiness, traceability, and risk-mitigation protocols into all improvement and project plans.
Provide Thought Leadership & Best Practices: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging methodologies (e.g., digital lean, Industry 4.0), presenting insights and facilitating communities of practice to drive innovation across BioBridge Global.
Travel to regional sites (e.g., Atlanta, San Antonio) to drive on-site improvement activities, stakeholder engagement, and implementation support.

Requires a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work relative to the

Experience
Requires 5 or more years of progressive leadership experience as a Lean Six Sigma practitioner.
Requires a proven track record of executing enterprise-wide process improvement and change management initiatives in highly regulated, operationally complex environments such as healthcare, life sciences, or manufacturing.
Requires experience leading cross-functional, high-impact projects from concept through execution, with full accountability for strategic alignment, financial impact, and stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels-including executive and board-facing communication.
Required experience includes:
Direct ownership of multimillion-dollar continuous improvement or transformation initiatives. Facilitation of enterprise-wide kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma projects as a certified Black Belt or equivalent.
Development and deployment of process control systems and advanced analytics (e.g., SPC, Minitab, Power BI/Tableau).

Oversight of project portfolios and performance reporting aligned to corporate OKRs or KPIs. Proven ability to lead cross-site, multi-disciplinary teams in matrixed environments.

Influencing decision-making through data storytelling, executive dashboards, and strategic business cases.
