StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full-Time, Teamcenter Developer , to join our team in supporting the Aviation Product Lifecycle Management (AvPLM) Information Technology (IT) support services in Patuxent River, MD. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in configuring, customizing and maintaining Teamcenter solutions. In addition, candidates shall meet the minimum experience and education requirements and have demonstrated the necessary skills and subject matter expertise to assist with theFunctional Description listed below.
Essential Functions:
Strong knowledge of the latest Teamcenter architecture, features, and application interface framework.
Configure and manage BMIDE, workflows, stylesheets, preferences, and ACLs to meet operational requirements. Dispatcher experience is a plus.
Develop and maintain custom handlers, user extensions, scripts, and client-side solutions to enhance system functionality.
Expertise in ITK (Integrated Technology Kernel).
Experience with PLMXML and TCXML.
Ability to actively participate in and provide guidance during technical review sessions for high-priority projects.
Design and implement Teamcenter solutions to support engineering processes and Product Life Cycle Management (PLM), including workflows and process automation.
Develop and maintain detailed business requirement documents, including analysis, requirements gathering, and design.
Deploy Teamcenter packages and manage version control processes during product release cycles.
Provide expert-level support and guidance in problem definition, issue identification, and development of work plans using issue-based problem-solving techniques.
Utilize Git for managing configuration changes and version control of Teamcenter solutions.
Perform other related tasks as assigned or required to ensure system functionality and compliance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing Teamcenter PLM solutions.
Strong programming background with Siemens Teamcenter PLM product suite, including development, configuration, and customization.
Proven experience in developing workflows within Teamcenter.
Proficient in scripting and automation using Teamcenter client programs and batch scripting.
Experience with Siemens migration tools and database consolidation processes.
Currently holds an active CompTIA Security+ certification.
OR the ability to obtain theCompTIA Security+ certification within a specified timeframe.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Allowable Substitutions:
Associates degree with two (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for and Bachelor's Degree.
Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of thelaborcategory maybesubstituted for abachelors degree.
Security Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The estimated salary range for this position is $125,000.00 - $141,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets
