Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented MEP Supervisor to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conducts inspections to determine if work has been done in accordance with contract specifications.
- Knowledgeable and have experience in Aconex, Autocad and BIM.
- Performs inspection activities which may include the following: Wet and dry utilities, traffic control, compliance with relevant international and local authority standards.
- Prepares daily reports and other documentation, as required by the contract.
- Verifies only approved materials are incorporated in the work.
- Check, verify and maintains as-built plans.
- Identify potential conflicts, issues, and problems; identifies possible solutions.
- Reports on installed quantities to verify applications for payment and change order work.
- Coordinates work for surveying and material testing.
- Assists with the review of method statements and job safety analysis.
- Supports the creation of quality control procedures and reports.
- Documents site observations, nonconformance and participate in determining appropriate resolution.
- May administer welder qualification tests.
- May provide technical guidance to lower-level inspectors.
- Performs work in safe manner and is cognizant of public safety.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (or related field) and typically 5+ years of related work experience.
