Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PMCM Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Manage project documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management.
Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
Experience with PMCM services.
Master’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
