Job Description:
Essential Functions:
Ensures property is managed in accordance with applicable government regulations, corporate policy, and local procedures to achieve operational excellence.
Manage the asset management records database, including accurate input of new records and updates to existing records.
Provides barcode tags and perform equipment tagging.
Reviews, researches, analyzes and resolves issues raised by property receiving discrepancies and supporting audits where needed by team.
Reviews new part procurement listings for determination of quality clause requirements and manages those entries for calibration and tagging at the receipt point.
Entry-level professional with broad theoretical job knowledge.
Communicates with contacts in own team to explain and interpret information.
Contributes to systems and processes changes in work routines.
Supports lean six sigma process improvement projects and 5S+1 clean-up events.
Coordinates disposal activities of excess equipment for Facilities and Finance for capital and expensed equipment.
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of test equipment and maintenance requirements (TMDE)
Familiarity with reutilization of equipment and basic knowledge of disposition requirements
Ability to work under general supervision
Ability to lift/move 40 lbs
HS Diploma or GED
Preferred Additional Skills:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
Data analysis skills including familiarity with MS Excel formulas, charts and pivot tables are preferred
Familiarity with Sunflower asset tracking system is beneficial
Ability to gain ESD certification and knowledge of test equipment utilization
