Who You Are
You'll perform within Lockheed Martin, Aeronautics, Global Supply Chain Management, as a Program Management - Subcontract Senior, Staff member.
What You Will Be Doing
You'll lead teams overseeing subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs. Direct and manage all costs, quality, schedule, financial and technical performance requirements that are levied on the subcontractor or the product family and are required to ensure performance and support of the contract milestones of the system. You'll develop sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs and execution. Act as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office. You'll be responsible for and direct all phases of the subcontract-- from initiation of the business case for make or buy decisions, through requests for proposals, subcontract management plans, negotiation strategy, cost accountability and program execution. You'll also make decisions affecting the performance of the subcontractor. Establish milestone objectives and manage performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications. You'll lead a team normally composed of engineers, quality and procurement employees.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college
13 or more years of professional supply chain management related experience
Experience as a mentor, team leader, lead or manager

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
