HOW AN IT CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL - SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Analyze and execute supporting tasks required to implement new equipment and capabilities into operational facilities at Wright Army Airfield
Troubleshoot and provide technical support for mission specific network enclaves and intelligence analysts workstations
Guide users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches to Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) site and systems configuration
Communicate with UAS program personnel, government staff, and senior executives on system support actions and mission posture
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience or Master's Degree with 10 years of experience
Required Skillset:
Evaluate and recommend changes and/or technology upgrades to address performance, standardization and industry best practices
Provide Tier I and II support of Network issues, trouble calls and incidents
Implement network enhancements to improve reliability and performance
Perform physical network cable routing and management to connect UAS systems into mission networks
Perform initial troubleshooting, diagnosis and capture of incident information
Perform management of network encryptors, to include KEYMAT loading, configuration, and troubleshooting
Determine when TIER III technician resources are needed, and if necessary, coordinate for action
Provide advice, training and initial basic troubleshooting to end users
Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).
Track network maintenance schedule in order to notify leadership of downtime and work completion
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI
Required Certification(s):
DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II/8140 Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contract
IAT II 8570/8140 Baseline Certification Security+ or equivalent
Required Computing Environment (CE) certification: CCNA or equivalent

Candidates must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph for certain positions as determined by the contract
Position may require lifting of objects (i.e. IT Hardware), reaching/bending/kneeling (i.e. plug in cables) and other moderately strenuous activity
Travel may be required to support the mission

The likely salary range for this position is $80,750 - $109,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
