You will be the Financial Management Senior analyst on the THAAD Post Production Team, responsible for supporting program finance functions and driving financial excellence in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Management Senior analyst, you will be responsible for performing financial analysis, planning, and reporting to support program finance functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining Long-Range Plans (LRPs) for the business area, including financial metrics and forecasting
Assisting in managing financial metrics, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Communicating financial performance to management through effective presentation and reporting
Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work, and performing financial analyses such as funding profiles and sales outlook
Ensuring adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures and submitting timely requests for additional funding
Performing other related duties and assignments as required, including special projects and analysis

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Quick learner with an aptitude for various systems and processes
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
