AEITS, Inc. is looking to grow its team! We are seeking a Systems Administrator, Tier 1 Help Desk, Level 0, to support our customer in the San Antonio, TX area. This role involves diagnosing and resolving issues, offering remote assistance to users worldwide, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Additionally, the position supports the helpdesk by investigating, resolving, and following up on user-reported problems.
Mission: As a Systems Administrator on this government program, your role will involve diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and providing remote support to global sites through desktop mirroring and other access tools. Additionally, you may assist in mentoring less-experienced team members and addressing cloud infrastructure issues reported by users.
Location: San Antonio, TX
All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

- IAT Level 1 certificate is required within 6 months of start date.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- TS/SCI with polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
- May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
- Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
- Available to work M-F 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm
Education and Required Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
OR
- High School Diploma and Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Travel
- Less than 10% of travel may occur.
