Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will support analysis of radar tracking events, including data research and acquisition, critical analysis, and expert assessment. The candidate will be responsible for the processing, exploitation, managing, analysis, and dissemination of SIGINT data. They will apply analytic standards and make assessments.

Required Experience
Possession of excellent analytical and time management skills
Identifying target and operational patterns

Minimum of 3-5 years as a SIGINT analyst in the IC or DoD
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of SIGINT collection, processing exploitation and dissemination systems
Ability to develop algorithms to enhance AI/ML efforts related to SIGINT production
Prefer Senior- to SME-level SIGINT Analyst supporting the IC or DoD
