Job Descriptions:
Sigmatech is seeking highly motivated, highly skilled space operations intelligence professionals to lead an intelligence team that assists in meeting Headquarter's Space Operations Command's requirements. In this position, the contractor will be responsible for:
Functioning as a senior intelligence analyst responsible to perform system engineering analysis of adversary capabilities sufficient to advise senior leadership concerning adversary developments and the applicability to blue force acquisition requirements.
Interfacing with the Intelligence Community to acquire specialized intelligence products that will inform key senior leadership decision making requirements.
Overseeing the implementation of higher headquarters intelligence policy and guiding documentation for the purpose of ensuring effective integration of intelligence into space/cyber operations and programs.
Researching and providing technical intelligence, developing intelligence related products, identifying adversary capabilities current, future and emergent to support offensive and defensive space control and cyber programs to inform the acquisition and operations decision-making process.
Supporting Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) across collateral and classified portfolios.
Coordinating between Program Offices, SSC, AFRCO, SPRCO, SpOC/CFC directorates, divisions and SpOC/CFC to ensure accurate status of delivery, operational transition sustainment and disposition of concepts and capabilities being delivered, coordinate intelligence related planning and programming actions, to include Program Objective Memorandum (POM) actions between and across organizations.
Reviewing and validating the intelligence Force Generation Element (FGE) in the OIMD/CFP-FP process.
Participating, facilitating and providing intelligence subject matter expert (SME) support to SpOC/CFC ISR program ICT meetings, technical exchange meetings (TEM), intelligence support working groups (ISWG), and other working groups. Facilitation includes sending out meeting invites, setting up conference room, and VTC. The contractor shall capture ICT meeting notes and disseminate to Government lead.
Identifying and working the synchronization of intelligence support into all Command processes focused on development of orbital warfare (OW), Command and Control (C2), Space Domain Awareness (SDA), Missile Warning/Missile Tracking (MW/MT), electromagnetic warfare (EW) and electromagnetic support (ES) acquisition, operational and sustainment objectives for current, future and emergent capabilities.
Creating presentations at multiple security levels aligned with program office objectives, acquisition and operational acceptance milestones. The contractor shall also assist in the development and presentation of decision briefs at Senior Leader forums.
Drafting, coordinating, and updating SpOC/CFC concepts, operational acceptance plans.
Conducting and/or participating in Intelligence Supportability Analysis (ISA) and Risk Management Framework (RMF), in collaboration with intelligence and operations analysts in the program offices to identify, document, and resolve intelligence requirements, needs, and supporting intelligence infrastructure necessary to successfully integrate and employ offensive and defensive space control and cyber program capabilities.
Drafting/reviewing threat summaries or assessments in Command strategic planning and other operations-related documents and in related studies and analyses. Ensuring threat summaries or assessments provide a general description of threat capabilities in the expected operational environment, to include scientific and technological developments, which may affect a program or capability's design or implementation.
Supporting generation of JCIDS requirements and documents, (e.g. enabling/operating concept, concept of employment (CONEMP), concept of operations (CONOP), capability development/production (CDD/CPD), information support plan (ISP) annexes, , etc., and completing comment resolution matrix (CRM) as required to support JCIDS generation, for approval.
Reviewing concepts developed during an Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), identifying integration/interoperability issues that could impact system performance, and evaluating concepts for technological suitability. (ie. CONOPS & CONEMPS).
Supporting requirements development and providing continuing systems engineering and technical analysis support to HQ SpOC/CFC for weapon systems, including refining, and maturing requirements documents. The contractor shall write, submit, coordinate and track intelligence requirements in COLISEUM, SMART, CSRP, MINERVA, etc. in support of SpOC/CFC current, future and emergent capability acquisition and operations functions. The contractor shall perform intelligence-related analytic functions to support organizational taskings, to include TMT tasks and Branch and/or Division level requests for support from Branch/Division government leadership
Assisting in evaluations of technical approaches/concepts from other government organizations on the viability/affordability of new technologies for incorporation into planned systems.perform intelligence PCPAD: planning and direction; collection; processing and exploitation; analysis and production; and dissemination, architecture analysis to determine system supportability / feasibility. The contractor shall also ensure current, future and emergent capabilities have intelligence requirements identified for support throughout its life cycle.

Reviewing Security Classification Guides (SCGs) for discrepancies/changes and provide updated recommendations to SpOC/CFC S8Z.
Identifying and developing PCPAD related exercise objectives for inclusion into SpOC/CFC planned exercise/wargame events. The contractor shall also plan, facilitate, conduct and participate tabletop exercise (TTX) /rehearsal of concept (ROC) drills as directed to support PCPAD support assessments, providing lessons learned to support on-going programs and future concept developments IAW Field Command/unit Lessons Learned processes.
Required Experience:
Previous work with Special Access ProgramsFamiliarity with Geosynchronous Space Situational Awareness Program (GSSAP), CCS, Bounty Hunter, and other OW/EW operational systems/future capabilities.Experienced in Microsoft Suite of applicationsExperienced in intelligence-requirements software (COLISEUM, SMART, CSRP, MINERVA, etc.)Previous Headquarters (Pentagon, SpOC (AFSPC)) and/or Acquisition experience.Excellent communications skills (written/verbal)Masters Degree preferred

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $140,000 to $180,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
