Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented RF Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will get to analyze, test, and design testbenches and interfaces for radio frequency (RF) systems and components.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Analyze, test, measure, and simulate RF systems and components, including antennas, filters, amplifiers, and oscillators.
- Create and review schematics of RF components.
- Design test benches and interfaces for RF systems and components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF systems into larger projects.
- Document analysis, test results, and technical specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in RF technology and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited institution with a minimum of 3 years of experience in RF analysis, design, and testing.
- Proficiency in RF simulation and analysis tools (e.g., HFSS, ADS, CST).
- Strong understanding of RF principles and components.
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools, specifically Altium.
- Strong documentation ability with Microsoft Word.
- Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Experience operating and maintaining laboratory and test equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with software tools such as MATLAB and LabVIEW.
- Active TS/SCI.
