Spiral Solutions and Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Intelligence Analyst to provide support of its Strategic Initiative Analysis Cell (SIAC) III contract.
Qualifications:
The Senior Intelligence Analyst will support the USSTRATCOM SIAC by providing Advisory and Assistance Services through strategic and operational analysis and production of intelligence information needs.
Tasks for this position require experienced intelligence analysts with highly developed understanding and in-depth knowledge of national and theater analysis and production standards, analysis products, defense warning strategies and processes, and IandW.
Using all-source intelligence capabilities, identify the operational readiness and disposition of adversary strategic air, naval, mobile, and fixed silo forces, as well as new and emerging systems and capabilities to support the Commands requirements.
Must have current SME Level experience conducting:
All-source intelligence research and reporting by:
Producing predictive and timely finished intelligence products;
Employing research and analytic methodologies to ensure all-source information is complete, logically structured, accurate, timely, and with highest level of analytic rigor;
Coordinate and publish analytical products to support national level organizations, the IC Enterprise and Command staffs across strategic and operational environments.
Possess experience and knowledge of IC and Defense Intelligence Enterprise analytic standards and production guidance;
Provide all-source intelligence using a whole-of-government approach;
Identify adversary strategic intent and objectives, decision-making processes and influences, capabilities, strategy, and operational plans supporting USSTRATCOMs integrated deterrence analysis;
Provide IC emulations to identify adversary COAs, red lines and thresholds, employment tactics, techniques, and procedures; and escalation/de-escalation strategies;
Participate as a Red Cell and support the commands Strategic Initiative exercises, war-games, and tabletop exercises;
Perform advisory services to develop, produce, and present fully researched SI products, in-depth multi-source analytical reports, studies, papers, senior leader-level executive summaries, briefings, charts/graphics, and databases;
Leverage Government furnished databases and software applications, including Open Source reporting, to support SI analysis
Identify SI related intelligence gaps; developing appropriate collection and production strategies, RFIs, and requirements to address information shortfalls;
Submit, track, and report status of requirements;
Provide analytical support for the development, validation, implementation, and modification of current/evolving USSTRATCOM operational planning documents;
Support STRATJIOC on Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (JIPOE) efforts;
Proven high level experience using collaboration tools by developing and maintaining appropriate IC contacts; attending conferences and Strategic Initiative events;
Update, post, and manage on-line collaborative forums such as the USSTRATCOM JIOC Microsoft SharePoint Portal and Integration Space

Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Nuclear Command and Control/Extremely Sensitive Information (NC2/ESI)
Must be Special Access Programs (SAP) and Special Technical Operations (STO) eligible
Must be able to take a Counter Intelligence (CI) polygraph examination, if requested by the Government
