analytical role working with macro and micro data and information, or
related. Requires skills and experience to involve: Proficiency in
business analytical skills including SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses,
Opportunities, and Threats), PEST (Political, Economic, Social, and
Technological), 4P (Price, Product, Place, and Promotion), marketing,
data analysis, market analysis, and market research. Demonstrated track
record of drawing actionable insights from ambiguous data. Demonstrated
proficiency with actionable storytelling methodology, such as McKinsey
Pyramid Principle. Proficiency in building data visualization dashboards
in Tableau On Site Premise, Tableau Cloud, BusinessObjects WEBI (WEB
Intelligence) or similar data visualization software. Demonstrated
proficiency in integrating outputs any two or more of the following:
Tableau (On Site Premise or Cloud), BusinessObjects WEBI, and Salesforce
Lightning. Demonstrated experience coordinating with IT/IS (Information
Technology/Information Systems) teams on management and security of data
and information, including experience managing tickets to and from data
vendor, partnering with internal IT/IS teams to ensure system is
integrated and running properly, experience problem
solving/troubleshooting with IT/IS, and contract negotiations and
audits. Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills to include:
preparing charts/graphs, creating data visualizations, experience with
advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), and experience
integrating PowerPoint with actionable storytelling methodologies.
Proficiency with at least 2 of the following data visualization
platforms: SAP ECC, BusinessObjects WEBI, Tableau (On Site Premise or
Cloud), and Salesforce Lightning. Demonstrated track record with
presenting competitive intelligence analysis to commercial leadership
teams. Demonstrated experience in analytical account management and
analytical expertise. 10% domestic travel required throughout
continental US.
Job duties:The Business Intelligence Analyst position will synthesize
current business intelligence, including SWOT (strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities, and threats) and other applicable analysis, to support
recommendations for action. Collect and analyze business intelligence
data from quarterly and annual results. Identify and analyze industry
trends and competitive products with business strategy implications and
present insights to business strategy teams. Analyze competitive market
strategies through analysis of related products and market trends and
provide strategic insight to the business. Partner with operations
managers from third party bigdata companies to manage timely flow of
business intelligence information to internal stakeholders, ensure
fulfillment of data deliveries are within scope of work/contract
agreements, troubleshoot errors and problems, and manage expectations of
data deliveries. Communicate with sales teams to collect and aggregate
relevant competitive feedback and utilize it to strengthen competitive
insights and stay abreast of industry trends and commercial strategies.
Generate cross-functional reports summarizing business and financial
economic date for review by key internal stakeholders. Analyze new
competitors or technologies in adjacent industries to identify markets
for future product development or to improve sales of existing products.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay
for this position is $116,334. This position qualifies for benefits and
you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
