Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess the visual quality of imagery produced by various sensor systems (e.g., PAN, IR, MSI, SAR, FMV).
Quantify changes in product quality due to system modifications or upgrades.
Identify and analyze artifacts, anomalies, and discrepancies to ensure the highest standard of imagery is achieved.
Support exploitation operations by improving the quality and functionality of imagery systems.
Develop and apply image quality standards (e.g., NIIRS), scales, and metrics to assess imagery performance.
Provide expert analysis to optimize imagery products and ensure they meet customer requirements and mission objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance and pass a polygraph within 30 days of employment (required for the contract).
6+ years of Imagery Analysis experience within the Intelligence Community at the national level.

Completion of Imagery Geospatial Intelligence Training Program or equivalent DoD training.
Proficiency in soft copy exploitation functionalities and image analysis.
Strong proficiency in RemoteView, IEC, SOCET GXP, and other imagery exploitation and display software.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Knowledge of the intelligence collection process and imagery analysis workflows.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to convey findings, provide briefings, and write reports effectively.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A passion for continuous learning, solving complex problems, and adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Expertise in image quality standards (e.g., NIIRS), image quality equations, and the application of quality metrics.
Familiarity with the NSG tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) image chain.
In-depth knowledge of sensor imaging systems, their products, and associated exploitation processes.
If you are an experienced Imagery Analyst with a passion for geospatial intelligence and a commitment to ensuring the quality and accuracy of imagery products, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting mission-critical operations.
