Responsibilities
What's Involved?
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Analyst, who will be part of the Business Intelligence team. We're looking for you to bring your experience and subject matter expertise to our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of BI tools that are increasingly being relied on for operational execution.
What you Bring to the Table -- And Why we Need You!
Demonstrable data analysis and data mining skills (SQL, DAX, Data Modeling, etc.)
Demonstrable data visualization skills (Power BI preferred)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong communication and experience partnering with business or clinical teams to develop novel and valuable reporting and visualization tools
Good understanding of BI concepts (e.g., data governance, data lineage tools, data management, data modeling, data cleansing, data extraction and transformation (ELT/ETL), and data analysis)
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or similar.
2-3+ years of experience directly partnering with stakeholders to develop visualization tools/dashboards through roles like Clinical Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Visualization/Data Analyst, or similar.
Solid understanding of BI concepts, and the ability to articulate these concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in business data modeling, metadata structure and business subject areas for key business processes
Familiarity with Agile methodology and Scrum framework (preferred)
