Description
The Cyber Intelligence and Publicly Available Information (PAI) Analyst will be immersed into a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment composed of a diverse team of analysts, linguists, cultural experts, and operations officers. The Cyber Intel/PAI Analyst will be responsible forconducting exhaustive research in the PAI domain in accordance with established priorities, performing triage of content; identifying trends and patterns of activity in support of threat-mitigation activities in both the cyber and real-world domains; and creating standardized reports to provide to the analytical team for further analysis. The candidate must be particularly adept at and have a background in OSINT exploitation using specialized investigative tools and datasets. The position requires strong critical thinking skills, the ability to write accurately and succinctly, and the ability to multi-task and accomplish tasks with limited direct supervision, and to respond to short-notice tasking. Along with strong analytic skills/research skills, the candidate should demonstrate strong operational security practices and a bias towards initiative-drive work. This position will require interaction with a wide variety of Government leadership and contractor personnel. The candidate must be ability to operate in a diverse, evolving, and high-profile environment.
Utilizes all-sources of intelligence, but primarily OSINT and SOMEX (social media exploitation), to create associated incident, threat, and information reports/products and investigative leads/recommendations and courses of actions to government leads.

Effectively utilizes PAI tools and commercial tools to research selectors and attribute selectors to true identities, e.g. email addresses, phone numbers, usernames, domains, and images.

Qualifications
Required Education, Certifications, Skills, Expertise, Years of Experience:

Completion of OS-301, OS-302, OS-303, OS-305, CASO, or IC equivalent trainings.

Experience in using Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) OSINT tools which include but are not limited to OpenIO, Maltego, and misattributed systems (e.g. SILO and Ntrepid). Must have experience conducting online investigations outside the United States and familiar with overseas PAI datasets and limitations.

Demonstrated experience utilizing data visualization tools (e.g. Qlik, Power BI, i2 Analyst Notebook, Visio).

Strong knowledge of military operations, terminology, and structure.

Desired Education, Certifications, Skills, Expertise, Years of Experience:
Required Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (PR within 6 years).
Desired Clearance: Poly (must be able to take/pass “at-will”).
