Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Director - Market Segment Leader to join our team! In this role you will be driving industry best-practice approaches in support of our growth in Defense & Security segment in Saudi Arabia
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the capture of major Defense & Security segment proposals for Saudi Arabia.
- Lead the recruitment of staff and technical development of the Defense & Security segment in the Saudi markets.
- Working closely with the wider Parsons SMEs and project teams, you will drive industry best-practice approaches supporting our growth in defense related services and technologies for existing and new Saudi clients.
- As an innovative thinker, you will be instrumental in the transformation of the way we delivery major infrastructure programs and our continued growth in the market.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- We are looking for a highly skilled professional with program management, business transformation and change management experience.
- You will have experience in a combination of infrastructure, engineering and management consultancy environments, delivering on major programs of state and national significance.
- You will have a commitment to driving creative and innovative solutions with a strong focus on client-service and delivery.
- Extensive consulting experience, and successful track record and substantial program delivery experience will enable you to effectively build relationships with regional managing directors, regional business line directors and technical practice leads across the business.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to challenge teams to look for new and better ways to deliver our expertise through innovative solutions will be key to your success.
- Track record of winning work in the MEA region which lead to wider larger adjected wins for the company in the field of Program Management.
- Experience of being a consultant and advisor to public and private owners on major projects, programs and portfolios.
- Experienced with business case development and innovative project delivery and financing methods, including PPP and DBFOM.
- Skilled in project development strategies and business case analysis for major projects, programs and portfolios, conducting feasibility and due diligence studies, and advising on infrastructure and real estate projects at all stages of development from pre-feasibility to operations
- 20+ years of experience
