Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Operations Manager Lead to join our team! In this role, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, process improvements, and effective resource utilization across various departments.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and manage the operational activities of the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational performance and improve productivity across teams.
Oversee and manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Provide leadership and mentorship to department managers and team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Analyze operational data to track performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Active TS/SCI with Poly
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in an operations management role, including experience in leading teams and managing projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to optimize processes, manage budgets, and meet performance targets.
In-depth knowledge of operational strategies and performance metrics.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex operational issues.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Certification in operations management or project management (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP).
Strong proficiency with operational software and tools.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salary Range:
