Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for a Business Development Analyst (100% Remote)
Background:
Provide corporate analytical and administrative support to a senior-level Business Development executive by collecting, organizing, and maintaining corporate Business Development, Past Performance, and Contract Delivery data to help develop required Proposal Information and Documents to win new Federal contracts. This position requires a highly organized individual able to communicate, and track completion of, the elements needed to produce compliant and quality proposal documents (e.g. data calls, technical proposals, management volumes, etc.). The Analyst will work directly for Nemean's President and Co-Owner and work with key Business Development Leaders, Program and Project Managers, and Proposal Managers to ensure that all relative information is collected, stored, organized and readily available using a variety of tools. The position also requires performing routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, completion of expense reports, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Note: This is a Business Development Support Role; This is NOT an Administrative Assistant/Secretary. The Purpose of this role is streamline and advance all analytical and administrative actions needed to conduct efficient and effective Business Development functions. It is high tempo, there are deadlines, and a candidate must be able to absorb information, adapt, be creative, learn quickly and react to new situations under demanding circumstances. This is a remote-position, but the position requires the person to be logged-in, available and working throughout the day. Do not apply if you are not ready to take on this position. Requirements and qualifications:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize all Business Development Share Folders, Pipelines and Documents/Templates
- Complete all Data Calls when directed accurately and quickly
- Use task management systems to ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on time
- Maintain Past Performance library
- Maintain Proposal library
- Maintain RFI/Sources Sought library
- Learn and search for opportunities using various online systems
- Apply analytical skills to identify new business opportunities, process improvements, and risks
- Take and Prepare all Meeting Notes for corporate dissemination
- Learn and use Expense Systems for at least one senior manager, but occasionally up to three
- Work with Proposal Writer to review/document proposal submission requirements
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key decision makers
- Collaborate with PMs within the organization to identify successful proposal strategies
- Work in direct support of the company President/co-owner and attend virtual BD meetings, take notes, and communicate information to corporate managers
- Support Proposal data call requirements
- Maintain and update Pipeline data for Nemean and multiple Joint Ventures
- Provide routine administrative support such as arranging executive travel, managing calendars, and completion of expense reporting
- Executive-level interface with other corporate staff, contract personnel, and teammate companies
- Support social media marketing and recruitment efforts
- Learn and use RFI submission system
Requirements and Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn and Grow Professionally within Nemean's Business Development System
- Bachelor's degree in professional writing, business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Some experience in business development roles preferred
- Experience with web-based knowledge management tools and SharePoint folder systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficient in MS Office Suite
- Military Experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to obtain Secret security clearance, if required
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of government contract types (IDIQs, GWACs, Single Award, Direct Awards)
- Ability to work remotely and with minimal supervision, while producing quality results
- Willingness to occasionally work long days and evenings to meet sudden deadlines during proposal development, if needed
- This position requires the candidate to successfully execute work activities and meet deadlines - this position is not for people who don't want to work and just make decisions

- Core Hours are based on US Central Time Zone

Support Hours: The company normally conducts business between the hours of 0730-1630 Central Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays.
Place of Performance: Remote.
Travel: Reimbursement of authorized travel expenses consistent with the substantive provisions of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR).
