The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Technical Director, Intelligence Directorate and the ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) Division; advise Director, Deputy Director, ISR Division leadership on issues of a procedural, technical and analytical nature related to ISR modernization of nuclear intelligence enterprise, Non-Traditional ISR.
