Landscape NOC Coordinator

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Landscape NOC Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will get to work with a young and dynamic team for the authority delivery of creative public realm design of varying scales.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the landscape architectural team with the NOC submissions for landscape related works.
Support the landscape staff by advising on latest standards and regulations during the design phases.
Working in coordination with Parsons stakeholder management team manager and associated coordinators for infrastructure works.
Supporting the irrigation design manager with coordination works both in the office and on site.
Preparing NOC submissions based on completed drawings. Compiling coordinated NOC drawings of landscape and utility drawings.
Prepare coordinated cross section drawings
Prepare land compensation drawings.
Meeting with client representatives as well authorities such as DM, DEWA, RTA to discuss and follow up on NOC applications.
Assist with the preparation of horticultural and irrigation design drawings in the office when required.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Demonstrate a team oriented and collaborative approach to landscape architecture works within the design team.
Demonstrate an expert understanding of the NOC process (design and construction) within Dubai and the Northern Emirates. This includes RTA standard cross sections and associated design manual, DEWA rules and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree in Landscape, Horticulture, Agriculture, or Construction Engineering.
More than 8 years of continuous employment within the profession of Landscape, NOC type works and building permitting.
Must have a full understanding and working knowledge of the NOC requirements and procedures of all authorities in the RTA portal, including the reapplication of NOC’s.
A working knowledge of regional planting, soils and irrigation systems.
An ability to independently prepare drawings for submissions.
A working understanding of AutoCAD and MicroStation.

Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and Primavera P3 , Auto Cad and MicroStation.
