Job Description:
Parsons is seeking an experienced Multi-INT Analyst to join our team and support our efforts in delivering innovative solutions to address complex operational challenges within the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community (IC). The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting operational users by integrating and optimizing IC tools and services to enhance mission capabilities.
In this role, the Multi-INT Analyst will be responsible for understanding and gathering customer requirements, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless integration to meet those needs. The position involves on-site support as well as hands-on training for both current and emerging capabilities and applications.
We are seeking candidates with a broad range of experience across multiple intelligence disciplines, who are adept at navigating challenging situations and solving problems in real time. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently, demonstrate initiative, and possess the ability to provide clear guidance and hands-on instruction to team members and users alike. A strong commitment to the mission and the ability to deliver innovative, effective solutions are essential.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or additional 4 years of experience is required
10+ years of IC/DoD analyst experience
5+ years of overhead mission capability experience
5+ years of experience with common IC applications like MIST, Thresher, JEMA
Demonstrated ability to communicate with peers, leadership, and customers
Demonstrated ability to bring new or innovative solutions to problems
Willingness to travel up to 30 days per year
TS/SCI w/ Poly is required
US Citizenship is required
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Software development and deployment experience in a modern language (e.g., Python, JAVA, R). Primary development responsibilities will be scripting quick solutions in local development environments. Understanding of containers and orchestration is also important to managing solutions in government-provided CI/CD architecture (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher).
Broad community knowledge of sensors and disciplines and the ability to leverage and communicate this intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance experience to teammates and customers
Specific knowledge of current I2SPO tools and capabilities supporting both mission management/collection and processing disciplines.
Experience in processing and visualizing data and an understanding of the processes and procedures necessary to request, coordinate, and task collection.
Knowledge of customer tasking, collection, and processing tools to perform limited analytics and development
Understanding of Agile development practices and procedures with the ability to act as a product owner for established needs

Salary Range:
