Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. The Senior Intelligence Analyst will also define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs.
The Work:
Perform intelligence research and analysis, to support Joint Staff, Service, and OSD proposed planning efforts
Identify, analyze, and evaluate the intelligence products supporting current and future strategic/operational Information Operations (IO) planning requirements/issues for the DoD and the joint commands
Conduct detailed analysis to develop initiatives for support of emerging intelligence requirements
Perform coordination with various DoD and Intelligence Community agencies for analysis and tailored intelligence in support of sensitive strategic issues
Obtain, research, review, and analyze intelligence information, including intelligence estimates, intelligence annexes, and threat projections, as required
Determine a process that allows for better use of IIRs in support of IO/IW guidance and strategy formulation
Oversee information and collection requirements, determining the best means to satisfy these needs
Assess intelligence gain/loss issues in proposed operations
Analyze and assess US and foreign technological capabilities and vulnerabilities
Ensure utilization of open source and other non-traditional sources of information
Here's what you need:
8-10 years experience as an all-source analyst in support of strategic/operational plans at the agency, joint, or service level, to include:
Experience with complex subject matter and authoring intelligence products of varying length/subject
Experience in engaging with senior defense leaders
Experience with intelligence support to joint Information Operations
Experience coordinating with various elements within the Intelligence Community
Experience with regional intelligence analysis of Russia-Eurasia, Middle East, and/or East Asia
Experience in one or more intelligence disciplines as a manager, analyst, collector or working regularly/closely with all-source collection manager(s)
BA or BS degree in Political Science, History, Political Science, Strategic Intelligence, Military Science, or other similar fields of study
Bonus points if you have:
Prior military/DoD experience
Expertise in gathering and analyzing facts, drawing reasonable conclusions and presenting/defending such conclusions both orally, as well as in written form
Security Clearance:
Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
