Position Description:
Aerial ISR Systems and Intelligence Analyst will provide technical assistance for the development, testing, operation, modernization, and operational employment of manned and unmanned SIGINT, GEOINT, and or MASINT aerial intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (AISR) systems for the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) within the G3 Aerial-ISR division. Candidate will prepare and brief the Commanding General (CG), and other staff principles and key leaders at the daily morning Battle Update Briefing (BUB). Preparation includes researching and assembling information in order to conduct the Armys daily AISR fleet operational assessment, daily database update, prepare slides and submitting the global AISR status for the BUB. Candidate must be able to collaborate effectively with other senior level intelligence analysts and SMEs in a multi-force and joint forces environment on the operational capability support to the combatant commands over the past 24 hours and the next 24 hours and identify any factors that may impact operational readiness and mission accomplishment. Candidate must be proficient with staff actions including briefings, white papers, EXSUMs and technical reports for the headquarters General Staff. Candidate will assist the Aerial-ISR division with the daily management of other critical operations, mission support, and operational briefings.
Required Skills:
Active TS/SCI Clearance.
Must be able to communicate orally with senior military staff leaders and experienced with creating senior level briefings, information papers and executive summaries.
Required Experience:
MA/MS degree with 10 years experience or BA/BS degree with 15 years of experience or high school diploma with over 20 years of relevant military AISR operational experience with the operational employment of DoD Aerial ISR systems and 4 years of experience on a major command headquarters or DoD staff
Must be skilled in written and oral communications, adept at writing OPLANs, OPORDs, FRAGOs, WARNOs and participating in the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
Desired Qualifications:
Aerial exploitation battalion and higher-level operational experience with various manned and unmanned intelligence collection systems to include the
Processing Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) cycle
Knowledge of mission planning and logistics support for Aerial ISR
