Job Description
Manage, develop and execute strategic plans for the companys Space Coast operations
Ensure construction practices align with federal regulations and company goals
Oversee planning, execution, and completion of federal projects
Monitor project performance metrics, budgets, and schedules
Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
Lead audits and reviews for federal compliance
Serve as the primary liaison with federal agencies and stakeholders
Build and maintain relationships for customer satisfaction and future opportunities
Manage a team of project managers, engineers, and construction professionals
Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Potentially help identify and pursue new federal construction opportunities through proposals and contract negotiations
Conduct project risk assessments and escalate risks to VP
Must be willing to travel up to 25% to Florida to interface with customers

Skills and Requirements
Willing to work onsite in Charleston, SC once an office is established
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (strong plus, not a requirement)
6+ years of construction management experience, including 5 years in federal operations
Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) and procurement processes
Experience managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
Federal security clearance or eligibility required. null
