We have an outstanding Contract position for a Call Center Service Representative to join a leading Company located in theHouston, TX surrounding area.
Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty , center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures).
Job Responsibilities:
Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support.
Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments.
Perform the returned materials process, including initiation, receipt, expediting, and closing RMAs.
The Data Works system is used for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranties, and report generation.
Receive product orders and process shipments.
Provide international customer service at times, and in such an event, work a flexible schedule.
Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
