We are a looking for a full-time RN Manager for our facility in San Francisco, CA 94118.
Pay: $185,000-187,000/annually (pay rate is based on experience )
Work schedule: Monday-Friday; no weekends!
Job Requirements:
Active California RN license, current BLS certification, and valid California driver's license
Minimum five (5) years of RN experience either in a hospital or clinic setting
5-10 years of leadership experience - must have managerial experience
Ability to speak with C-suite executives
Strong Phlebotomy experience
Job Description:
Work closely with the physician site lead, site operations manager, etc.
Working really closely with performance management, constructive feedback to directors (Problem-solving, making decisions)
1:1 with nurses, operational meetings,
Will do hands on nursing if short staffed, nurse manager will be expected to jump in.
